Torso

The human body served for centuries as a symbol and metaphor to visualize general human ideals. By focusing on a single aspect of the form, often an ideal balance is found between descriptive and abstract representation.  

With my series "Torso" I play with the focus on an idealized form while using different materials and colors to create multiple variations with the aspiration of the highest aesthetics.
